Founder and Director, Dianne Sussex's values have always stayed the same from the beginning, use supreme quality ingredients to create unique chocolate experiences for people to enjoy. Our small team of chocolatiers spend most days making the chocolates by hand, from start to finish. Everything is made in our chocolate kitchen based on the North Shore of Auckland City. We love to push the boundaries of what chocolate should be. This has lead us to have a large international following for our amazing hand decorated bonbons, easter eggs and Christmas baubles.
