THE KIWI DIARY
The Kiwi Diary began in 2004 when two friends, Annabel Wilson and
Freda Wells, asked the question, "what is Kiwi culture?" What
followed was months of research, design, late-night
over-the-wine-glass musings, scribbled napkin notes, nervous first
sponsor meetings, network hustling for contributions, and hundreds
of hours of the hot-water-bottle huddle at the computer, designing
the inaugural Kiwi Diary. That was 2004. Today, The Kiwi Diary
has evolved into a much anticipated snapshot of the best of kiwi
creativity, from a country on the edge. Ten years on and its goals
remain the same: to entertain, to educate and to inspire, to share
great ideas, and raise awareness about things that matter.
