Justin works from his home workshop that overlooks the southern coast of Dunedin City. In his early 20’s, Justin trained in many crafts including bone carving with the legendary Chris Bone. After many years of bone and wood caring, he transitioned into working with silver but bought with him the braided cord style that compliments his rough, beaten, ancient looking silver work. Justin Ferguson has been a well known jeweller in the high end contemporary craft scene in New Zealand for over a decade. His work is all handmade with very low-tech tools and involves no factory castings. With a beautiful mix of hammered silver, molten beads and twisted wire, you will be sure to fall in love.
