SUSTAINABILITY

We use environmentally friendly or recycled packaging and courier bags whenever possible.
Note that all courier bags can be recycled whether they be plastic or paper.


ALL ITEMS BOUGHT FROM OUR WEBSITE : FREE DELIVERY WITHIN NZ!


For our awesome FREE NZ DELIVERY we use super efficient kiwi company "Go Sweet Spot" to deliver your
order
within New Zealand.* We are also super efficient and generally get things out the same day and
most orders arrive very promptly... however "officially" you should receive your product between 2-5
working days of placing
your order if it is going to a New Zealand address.

All orders placed after 2pm (on week days) will be processed and dispatched the following working day.
We have no courier collection on weekend days or public holidays.

Go Sweet Spot does not deliver to PO
Boxes so if this is your only option then we will use a different
courier company. We like to be flexible and helpful! Please contact us before placing an order for a PO Box
delivery as this service may not be available for some larger items.

Please note we use a "signature required" service, which means someone needs to be
there to sign for the parcel. Please let us know if you prefer to use a "non signature required"
delivery instead. If you do, then we will not accept liability should your parcel go missing once delivered.

Please make a note in the "COMMENTS" box if you have specific delivery instructions
for the driver.

* Sometimes if your order is being dispatched from one of our other stores it may come by Fastways or Courier Post.

READ ON FOR FINER PRINT!

We aim to get orders processed and dispatched ASAP! However, we are not responsible for delays once the
parcel is in the hands of the courier. We do believe we use the very best courier companies and we use tracked
courier services within NZ to make sure you can keep track of your parcel.

Please always double check to make sure the delivery address is correct – otherwise for re-delivery you will be
required to pay the second courier fee (this includes both domestic and international deliveries).

DAMAGED ITEMS

We always make sure to safely wrap and dispatch all parcels with care, BUT If you find an item has arrived damaged
please make sure to take photographs of the following; the damaged item/s  / ALL packaging (including outer box OR
courier bag) and email those photographs to Takapuna@thevaultnz.com (WITHIN 24HOURS of receiving the parcel).
We will then lodge an insurance claim with the courier company and sort getting replacement items out to you.
NOTE: We may need to place a special order with our supplier for replacement items – so this may take an extra few
days to get to you / OR if we can not get a replacement item, then you will be refunded the full amount of the damaged item/s.

SIGNING FOR PARCELS

We recommend signing for parcels with your name and the letters "STI” – SUBJECT TO INSPECTION. This helps the process when making a claim with a courier companies regarding damaged goods.

TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY

You will receive an email from GO SWEET SPOT and you can track your delivery on their website.
Do feel free to contact us if you need any assistance with tracking your parcel.

URGENT DELIVERIES

If your purchase is URGENT (i.e. same day or next day), we may be able to get your order out
on an EXPRESS COURIER. Same day is only available for the central suburbs of the city/store that
will be processing your order. NOTE! Urgent deliveries are NOT included in our free freight offer
and will be quoted on a case by case basis. So if you do have an urgent delivery requirement
please do not purchase on-line and instead email or call the store nearest you so we can fast track
the sale and delivery for you. Please let us know the product code of the item you want.

DELIVERY OVERSEAS - $30

First some good news! All items sent overseas will have the 15% New Zealand
Goods and Services Tax (GST) deducted! The more you spend the cheaper the
relative freight! You will only see this discount once you type the overseas
address into the delivery address box.


We charge a flat rate of NZ$30 for all overseas deliveries with the exception of
large or very heavy items and most jewellery pieces as these must go by International Courier
not Air Post. We quote these on a case by case basis. To give you some idea :
100 x 100 x 8 cm print art works are around NZ$120
Small piece of silver jewellery $50.

NOTE! We use untracked NZ Post International Post (except for jewellery) to deliver overseas to
keep the price reasonable.  If you would like to use a faster and tracked service we will quote you
for the extra cost. Tracked items generally start at NZ$50


NOTE!!! Any charges once the parcel has left NZ are the responsibility of the recipient
and/or buyer. So please ensure you check the destination country's duty and customs
clearance rules. Let us know if you need any help with this.

We cannot send certain items because of international post restrictions - such as magnets.

of thumb allow 5-12 days for Post and 2 –6
working days for Courier (eg Fedex, DHL)
deliveries, depending on the time of year.

SMALL ITEMS BOUGHT FROM OUR WEBSITE : FREE DELIVERY

We use "signature required" Courier Post to deliver small items (that fit inside an A5 courier envelope) within New Zealand. You should receive your product within 5 working days of placing your order if it is going to a New Zealand address. Courier Post will deliver to PO Boxes too. We use bio degradable track paks whenever practical.

LARGER ITEMS BOUGHT FROM OUR WEBSITE : FREE DELIVERY

We use Fastways Couriers to deliver large items (any items that won’t fit inside an A5 courier envelope) within New Zealand. This means we need a physical street address for your order, because Fastways does not deliver to PO Boxes. You should receive your product within 5 working days of placing your order if it is going to a New Zealand address.

Please note we use a "signature required" service, which means someone needs to be there to sign for the parcel. Please let us know if you prefer to use a "non signature required" delivery instead. If you do, then we will not accept liability should your parcel go missing once delivered.

Depending on your requirements, we use either NZ Post International Post or NZ Post International Courier (options for Economy or Air) to deliver overseas. Delivery times vary depending on which country the package is going to and the time of year. As a rule of thumb allow 5-12 days for Post and 2 –6 working days for Courier (eg Fedex, DHL) deliveries, depending on the time of year.

We need to quote on EVERY overseas delivery, as the charge will vary according to your insurance requirements, what the item is and how quickly you want it to arrive. So when you purchase on-line please select the overseas delivery $0 freight option and your credit card will be deducted just for the item and then once we have agreed what freight method you wish to use, we will need to get your credit card details off you and deduct the freight charge.

Please note that jewellery and watches MUST be sent via Express courier with insurance cover or Economy courier with insurance cover.

We will give you a quote to send your items from the following categories, depending on what is applicable and your preference :

AIR POST (3-10 working days)
ECONOMY COURIER (2 to 6 working days)
EXPRESS COURIER (1 to 5 working days)
