When purchasing on-line you can pay by credit card or Pay-Pal for instant purchasing
or you can select direct credit in the payment options if you wish to pay into our bank
account (note that this takes a day to clear). We accept all major credit cards.

Our on-line payment service is via DPS and is safe and secure. We do not have access to,
or hold your credit card details.

If you prefer, you are welcome to pay us by credit card over the phone, email or fax.

GIFT WRAPPING

Complimentary wrapping is part of our service so please specify if you would like your
purchase gift-wrapped. There are fabulous gift-wrap options at CHECK OUT and/or you can leave us
details in the "Comments" section of the check out so we can customise the look for the
recipient.

Alternatively you are welcome to contact the Wellington dispatch store directly if you
would like to be more specific on what colour would be suitable...for example turquoise,
red, gold, sage green, blue, pink, gold, silver and we will select an appropriate ribbon
colour to compliment your choice. Feel free to discuss your specific requirements
further with us.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Consumer law in New Zealand does not require retailers to refund goods if customers
change their minds We apply this in our stores and offer an exchange only. However all
Vault internet purchases may be returned if you are not happy with the quality, or the
item is not what you expected. Note ! This only applies to items that feature on our
website and have been purchased on-line, or by phone, fax or email (i.e. the customer has
not had a chance to touch and view the item).

So…. merchandise that has been purchased on-line that is in perfect condition,
accompanied by an original Vault sales receipt may be returned within 21 days of
purchase just one time for an exchange, store credit or refund in the form of the
original payment.

Merchandise without an original Vault sales receipt may be exchanged if you have the
relevant Vault exchange card but may not be returned and refunded.
We send out exchange cards for all on-line sales.

As many of our products are purchased as gifts we try to be very flexible with exchange
time frames so please discuss your needs with our staff if you are outside the 21-day
on-line exchange time frame.

Damaged merchandise will not be accepted for exchange, return or refund.
If you are outside New Zealand and wish to return an item, please email us to discuss as
the time frames need to be longer.

If you need a card written on your behalf let us know either in the notes at check out or
by email to our Wellington store what words you would like written and what style of

price is $6 or $2 for a small card. See our CARDS category.


SPECIAL CUSTOMER CARD

This is great! We offer a loyalty card system that we call The Vault Special Customer
Card. You receive a stamp for every $ 50 you spend with us and when you have 10
stamps you receive a $ 50 gift voucher. There is no expiry. If your on-line purchase is
above $50 then you will automatically be sent a card. If you already have a card we can
combine your cards next time you are in store.
