This bar delivers notes of red stone fruit (think cherries and plums) with a smooth layered finish. It’s a delicious expression of the Kilombero Valley region.
The outstanding organic cacao used in this bar is farmed by a collection of smallholder farmers in the Kilombero Valley, bordering the Udzungwa Mountain National Park in Tanzania.
Shirl + Moss hand sort, roast, crack, winnow, and stone grind for up to for 80 hours before ageing our chocolate. They then temper, mold and hand-wrap each bar in the little factory.
