A beautiful hand carved piece of New Zealand pounamu (greenstone) by Ernesto Ovalle. It features a rectangular piece of greenstone with a cut out circle, lashed with black waxed cord with a sliding knot.

Rectangle shape Toki (Adze) is the symbol of courage and strength.

The circle represents the circle of life, which has no beginning or end. It reflects the eternal cycle of life and death within the cyclical nature of our universe.
