Hei Tiki Necklace Silver Plate
A lovely Hei Tiki pendant designed by "Little Taonga", from Kaikoura, New Zealand.
The hei-tiki is an ornamental pendant of the Māori of New Zealand and is considered a taonga (treasure). Meaning - Good Luck and is a protector. This Hei Tiki hangs from an adjustable chain, 40 - 46 cms long and fits youth to adults nicely. It's made with fine brass and coated in sterling silver, then covered with a clear tarnish resistance.
Comes in a cute little Eco friendly glass bottle with a cork lid, which you can re-use.
Little Taonga means ‘treasure’ or ‘prized possession’ in Maori.
